Andrea Navedo (born Andrea Navedo) is an published American author, actress, and writer. She started her career in the soaps One Life to Live, Guiding Light. She then played as a character in New York Undercover episodes and The District. Navedo played with Double Take in 2001 and Washington Heights the next year. Navedo as the role of Detective Ana Cordova in the NBC show Law & Order from 2001 to 2004. later he starred in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages and Blue Bloods.
